Effective Date: July, 2025
SffobsInc (“we“, “us“, or “our“) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website or make a purchase from us. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us at info@sffobsinc.com.
Personal Data We Collect
We collect different types of personal data in order to operate our business and provide you with our products and services:
-
Information You Provide: When you make a purchase or create an account, we collect personal information you provide such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and payment details. This may also include contact information (like phone number) if provided. Payment information (e.g., credit card or PayPal details) is used to process your order but is not stored on our servers – for example, we use PayPal to process payments, and all payment transactions are handled securely by PayPal in accordance with their privacy policy.
-
Order and Transaction Data: When you place an order, we record details of the products or services you purchase and any associated order information (such as order number and purchase history) for our records. We retain this order information to fulfill your purchase, provide customer support, and for necessary business records (such as accounting and tax purposes).
-
Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain data about your device and browsing actions. This device and usage information includes details like your IP address, web browser type, time zone, and referring webpage, as well as information about how you interact with our site (e.g., which pages you visit and the features you use). We gather this data through the use of cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies. For example, our site uses cookies (small data files stored on your device) to remember your preferences and recognize you on return visits, and log files which record actions occurring on the site (collecting data such as IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps). We also employ other tracking tools (described in the next section) that help us understand user interactions.
Note: In this policy, “Personal Information” refers to any information that can identify you as an individual. This includes both the information you provide to us and the device/usage information we collect automatically.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected personal data for the following purposes:
-
To Process Orders and Provide Services: We primarily use your Order Information to fulfill purchases and provide the services you request. This includes processing your payments, arranging for shipping of products to your address, sending order confirmations and receipts, and communicating with you about your purchase. For example, we will use your shipping address to deliver products and your email address to send you updates about your order or account.
-
Customer Support and Communication: We may use your contact information to communicate with you about your account or to respond to inquiries and support requests. This includes sending service-related announcements or important notices. We also use order details to provide assistance or resolve issues related to your purchases (such as handling returns, refunds, or complaints).
-
Site Improvement and Debugging: We use the device and usage data (including information collected via cookies and session tracking tools) to monitor and improve our website’s performance, security, and user experience. For instance, we utilize tools like Hotjar and LogRocket to better understand how users interact with our site and to identify any technical issues or “friction points” in the user experience. These tools allow us to replay user sessions and see aggregated usage patterns, which helps us debug errors and optimize our services. By analyzing how users navigate pages or where they encounter problems, we can improve site functionality and design.
-
Marketing and Newsletters: If you opt in to receive marketing communications (for example, by subscribing to our newsletter), we will use your email address to send you promotional content such as product updates, offers, or news about SffobsInc. We use a third-party email service (Mailchimp) to manage our newsletter mailing list. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email or contacting us. We will not send you promotional emails unless you have given consent (such as signing up for our newsletter), and you may opt out at any time.
-
Fraud Prevention and Legal Compliance: We may use personal information (especially order and device data like IP addresses) to screen for fraudulent transactions or security risks. This is to protect our business and all our customers from fraud and abuse. Additionally, we will use and retain personal data as needed to comply with our legal obligations – for example, maintaining records for tax compliance or responding to lawful requests by authorities.
We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those above without informing you and obtaining consent if required.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party companies for their independent marketing or advertising purposes. However, we do share certain data with trusted third-party service providers who help us run our business or provide services to you. We ensure that such providers only use your data as necessary to perform their functions. The third-party services we use (and the data shared with them) include:
-
Payment Processor (PayPal): We use PayPal to process secure online payments on our site. When you make a payment, the necessary billing information is securely transmitted to PayPal to complete the transaction. We do not receive or store your full credit card details; PayPal handles that information. All PayPal transactions are encrypted and are subject to PayPal’s own Privacy Policy. (Please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.)
-
Email Marketing (Mailchimp): If you subscribe to our newsletter or promotional emails, your email address and name (if provided) are stored with Mailchimp, our email marketing service provider. We use Mailchimp to design and send out our email communications. Mailchimp is a reputable company that implements strict privacy measures, and your data is used only for sending our emails to you. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we do not share your email with other marketers. (See Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy for more information on their data practices.)
-
Analytics (Google Analytics): We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to gather insights about website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and other usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This helps us analyze web traffic and improve our site’s design and content. Google, as the provider of this analytics service, may also use the collected data for its own purposes, such as improving Google’s services, analytics benchmarking, and in accordance with Google’s privacy policies. We have enabled IP anonymization where applicable, but please note that data is shared with Google by our use of this service. For more details on how Google Analytics collects and processes data, you can visit Google’s site “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.”. If you wish, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
-
Session Replay/Analytics (LogRocket and Hotjar): We utilize LogRocket and Hotjar to record user sessions and interactions on our website for the purpose of debugging and user experience analysis. These tools capture information like mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, and form inputs on our site, which helps us see exactly how our site is being used and identify any issues. LogRocket may collect data such as your IP address, browser details, and user interactions; this information is available to us in replay form to diagnose problems. For more information on how LogRocket handles data, you can refer to LogRocket’s Privacy Policy. Hotjar similarly uses cookies and other technology to collect device information (IP address in anonymized form, device type, browser) and usage data (e.g., pages visited, clicks, scroll depth). We use Hotjar’s analytics to “better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our services and user experience”. Hotjar’s services allow us to replay your session and see aggregated heatmaps of user behavior, which is invaluable for improving our site. Hotjar may independently reuse some data to improve its own tools, but it does not sell personal data. For more details, see Hotjar’s Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt-out of Hotjar tracking, you can do so by using the Do Not Track header or visiting Hotjar’s opt-out page (as described in their policy).
-
SEO and Site Tools (Yoast SEO): We use the Yoast SEO plugin on our website to help optimize content for search engines. Yoast SEO does not collect any personal data from our website visitors. It operates on the backend of our site to improve things like meta tags and readability. Therefore, while we list it here for transparency, it does not process your personal information.
Aside from the service providers above, your data may also pass through other entities solely as needed to perform core functions (for example, our web hosting provider or IT support, which by nature may handle data when ensuring our site runs smoothly). These parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We require all third-party processors to safeguard your personal information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.
Finally, we may disclose personal information if necessary to comply with legal requirements or governmental requests, enforce our site policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others. For example, if we receive a lawful subpoena or court order requesting customer information, we may be obligated to comply.
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration or for their advertising use. In the past 12 months, we have not sold or shared personal data with third parties for purposes other than those outlined above (which are service-related). If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide any required notices or opt-out mechanisms.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and collect usage data as described above. Cookies help things like remembering your login sessions or items in your shopping cart, and they also allow us to gather analytics about site traffic. When you first visit our site, you will receive cookies on your browser by default unless you have configured your browser to block them.
Currently, we do not display a cookie consent banner on our site. This is because our operations are focused in the United States, and as of now, no U.S. law explicitly requires a general cookie banner for our type of website. We use cookies in a lawful manner and disclose our cookie use in this Privacy Policy as a form of notice. That said, we want to be transparent: some of the cookies on our site (particularly those set by Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) are used for analytics and are not strictly necessary for site functioning. In jurisdictions like the European Union (EU), websites are required to obtain user consent for non-essential cookies, especially those used for analytics or advertising. Since we do not currently serve customers in the EU or other regions with cookie consent laws, we have not implemented a cookie pop-up.
If you are concerned about cookies, you have the ability to control them. Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your settings. You can also use browser extensions or settings to block tracking scripts. Do note that if you disable cookies entirely, some features of our site (like maintaining your shopping cart or login session) may not function properly.
We will continue to monitor legal requirements. If our user base expands to jurisdictions that mandate explicit cookie consent (or if laws in our current jurisdictions change), we will implement a compliant cookie consent mechanism as needed. Your privacy and compliance with all applicable regulations are important to us.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including as needed to provide you with services or to comply with legal and accounting obligations. For example, when you place an order, we will maintain your Order Information in our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. This retention allows us to reference your purchase history for returns or customer service inquiries and is also required for us to maintain proper business records.
In practice, this means we keep order and transaction data for a period that satisfies our tax and financial reporting requirements and any applicable statutes of limitations. Order records may be kept for several years (often at least 7 years, as recommended for tax record-keeping in the U.S.) unless a longer retention is required by law.
If you have an account with us, we will retain your account information while your account is active. We may also retain certain information for internal analysis purposes. Information that is no longer needed is either deleted or anonymized. We periodically review the data we hold and erase or anonymize personal data that is no longer required.
Please note that if you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our active systems as described below in “Your Rights”. However, we may retain minimal information to document that we fulfilled your request and to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your Rights and Choices
Access and Update: You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. If you have created an account on our site, you can log in to your account profile to review and update certain personal details (such as your contact information or password). For any information not editable through the account interface, or if you do not have an account, you can contact us at info@sffobsinc.com to request access to the personal data we have on file for you. We will provide you with a copy of your information or confirmation of the details we maintain, as required by applicable law.
Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. If you would like us to delete the personal information we have about you, please contact us with your request. Upon verification of your identity, we will delete your personal information from our records and instruct any service providers to do the same, barring information we are required to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons. For example, we might retain certain data to complete a transaction you initiated, to detect fraud, or as required for tax/legal compliance. We will inform you if any such exceptions apply at the time of your request.
Opt-Out of Marketing: If you have subscribed to our newsletter or marketing emails, you can opt out at any time. Every marketing email we send includes an “unsubscribe” link in the footer. Clicking that link will remove you from future mailings. You can also opt out of marketing communications by contacting us directly. We respect your choice and will not send you promotional messages once you opt out.
California Residents: Although we currently operate only in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico, we acknowledge that residents of certain states (such as California) have specific legal privacy rights. If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising any privacy rights. In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendments (CPRA), we affirm that we do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws (we do not exchange your data for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes). If you have any specific requests or questions about your California privacy rights, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. (For instance, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, in which case we will take steps to verify the agent’s authority.)
EU/EEA Residents: We do not currently offer our services to the European Union, but if you are an EU resident who nonetheless provided us with personal data, you would have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to access your data, correct or update it, request its deletion, and object to or restrict certain processing. You would also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we do not actively operate in the EU, transfers of any personal data to our U.S. servers would only occur if you choose to use our site despite our geographic focus, and we would ensure appropriate safeguards in such a case. If this applies to you, please contact us to exercise your rights.
Exercising Your Rights: To exercise any of your rights or choices described above, please reach out to us via email at info@sffobsinc.com. For your security, we may need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming control of your email address or requesting additional information) before fulfilling certain requests like data access or deletion. We will respond to valid requests within the timeframe required by law (typically within 30 days). There is no charge for making a privacy rights request, though in rare cases we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to comply if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive; we will explain the reasoning in such cases.
Security of Your Data
We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information. This includes implementing physical, technical, and administrative security safeguards. For example, our website uses HTTPS encryption to secure data transmitted between your browser and our site. We limit access to personal data to only those employees or contractors who need it to perform their work, and our service providers are vetted for strong security practices. We also employ firewalls, secure data storage practices, and regularly update our systems to patch vulnerabilities.
However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also take care with how you handle and disclose your personal information and login credentials, and notify us immediately if you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure.
If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Minors
Our website and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 16 years old. We do not target or market our products to children. If you are under 16, please do not use our site or provide any information about yourself. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly from our records.
Parents or legal guardians: if you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us and we will investigate and address the issue. (For children under 13, we abide by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which requires parental consent for collection of personal data – we do not knowingly collect any such data.)
Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the top. In some cases, we may provide additional notice to you (such as by email or a notice on our homepage) about significant changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
If you continue to use our website or services after a Privacy Policy update takes effect, it will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using our services and contact us if you have concerns.

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and will respond as promptly as we can.
