Loyalty Points Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
Our Loyalty Points Program (“Program”) rewards registered customers for purchases made directly through SFFOBS Inc. online store. Points may be earned on qualifying purchases and redeemed toward future orders in accordance with the terms below.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Earning Points
- You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on products, before tax, shipping, or discounts.
- Points are calculated on the product subtotal only.
- Points cannot be earned on:
- Shipping charges or taxes.
- Orders paid in part or full with points.
- Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
- Points are credited to your account once an order is marked Processing or Completed.
- Point totals are always rounded up to the nearest whole number.
3. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed at checkout toward product totals.
- Every 20 points = $1 off (October promo rate = 5% back).
- A minimum $5 order total must remain after points are applied.
- You cannot spend more than 15% of the product subtotal in points on any single order.
- Points can be combined (“stacked”) with Buy More, Save More deals but not with coupon codes.
- Redemptions apply to products only; they do not reduce shipping or taxes.
- Once points are redeemed and an order is placed, the deduction is final and cannot be reversed if the order is cancelled or returned.
4. Expiration & Account Activity
- Points do not currently expire, but SFFOBS Inc. reserves the right to introduce expiration in the future with notice.
- Accounts that are deleted or closed automatically forfeit any remaining points.
5. Adjustments & Errors
- SFFOBS Inc. may adjust point balances at its discretion to correct errors, handle refunds, or address abuse.
- Manual adjustments (credits or deductions) may be applied by an administrator for goodwill or order corrections.
6. Eligibility
- Program participation requires a registered customer account on sffobsinc.com.
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Business, wholesale, or automated accounts may be excluded from participation.
7. Program Changes
SFFOBS Inc. may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including earning or redemption rates, promotional periods, or eligibility rules. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
